Shut up.
Shut. Up.
…I think I just had the most intense fangasm I’ve had in a while.
I… I need a cigarette.
Oh my god who did this?! I MUST KISS THEIR FEET
i am impressed

Just watched Elementary.
It was pretty much a typical crime procedural. There were glimmers of interesting things, but not a lot.
Every time Aidan Quinn showed up I got mad that Prime Suspect was cancelled because I would’ve much rather been watching that.
And, unfortunately, while I tried not to think about it, it was impossible not to compare it to be BBC’s Sherlock. To be honest, what I love most about Sherlock is how ridiculously well produced it is, how everything is so snappy and ingenious, and then this was so very typical and just blah.
It made me want to watch better TV. Basically. *shrugs*
@7 months ago with 4 notesI like that this Holmes is a lot different from the Moffat/Cumberbatch approach. It’s still recognizable, but its a different side of the same coin. Where Cumberbatch’s Sherlock is severe and relentless, and really doesn’t give a fuck about other people, there’s some insecurity with this guy, and seems like a character that’s more aware of the damage he does and is sorry for it but still can’t help it. That also gels with the concept of him as a recovering addict.
There wasn’t much shown of Liu as Watson, but she’s supposed to be the straight man to Holmes’ quirky, so that’s not too much of a surprise. The gender swap is interesting but also a little boring - it has a potential to be another Martha/Doctor set up. I was about to say it would’ve been more interesting if they had gender swapped Holmes but then I realized that we already have that show, its called Bones. Even so, I still would’ve watched the shit out of that.
Sherlock and Moriarty can’t control their faces… and then there’s John…

Watson and Holmes, Page 11. Art by Rick Leonardi. Words by Karl Bollers.
Sneak peek of the first 11 pages at their Facebook page and at Bleeding Cool.
Full release coming at the end of the month at iVerse.
Racebent modern Holmes and Watson, as a digital comic.
Woah, this is a thing that is happening.
I remember that post going around a while ago suggesting that this would be a great new approach to take, but I didn’t know that someone was actually making it happen.
Four for you, Leonardi and Bollers.
I NEED THIS.
POH MY GOD IT’S GOING TO BE REAL I WANT IT SO BAD KJASDHKHSDKJG
I’m not a Cumberbatch fan by trade so I didn’t know much about the guy and had never listened to his voice. Then I watched Sherlock and proceeded to gracefully asdfghjkl’ed all over the damn place.
Well played, Mr. Cumberbatch. Well played.

- The Doctor (Doctor Who)
- Castiel (Supernatural)
- John Locke (Lost)
- Sherlock Holmes (Sherlock)
- Alice Morgan (Luther)
- Dexter (Dexter)
- Courage (Courage the Cowardly Dog)
You put two sociopathic murderers on your survival team. Did you notice?
And three sociopaths in all. So I’m pretty sure when Sherlock teams up with Dexter, Alice is gonna end up dead. And the Doctor and John Locke will be too busy talking metaphysics to stop them.
